• Lead the design team to ensure a cohesive experience across the game.
• Coordinate with level design teams to ensure synergy between mechanics and progression.
• Anticipate and mitigate threats to quality and innovation.
• Build a collaborative relationship with the other departments, including Art, Technology, Online, Data, Audio, Production and Human Resources.
• Allocate and plan resources in collaboration with managers and producers.
