Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through:
- Cold calling
- Email campaigns
- LinkedIn outreach
- Digital platforms and databases
Conduct initial outreach to prospects to:
- Understand their business needs
- Pitch company products/services (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365)
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and update the lead database in the CRM system
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, requirement, decision makers)
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets and performance
Key Requirements
