The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients to support the sales team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting to help drive business growth.
Job Requirements
- Must be a Bachelor's degree holder of any course but Marketing and Business Management would be an advantage.
- Experience in generating leads from sales and marketing campaigns.
- Background in B2B sales and marketing would be a plus factor.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Experience on telesales (cold calling) would be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and lead generation tools.
