Job Title: BBQ Grilling Server (Part-time)

Weekday Rate: $18/hour + $2 performance incentive
Schedule: Minimum 3 days/week, 27 hours/week minimum, up to 35 hours/week
Note: Incentives based on performance and shift regularity; below satisfactory performance results in base pay only.
The Tableside BBQ Grilling Server Lead is mainly responsible for preparing and grilling foods to meet specific customer preferences, while handling minimal tasks in other areas of the kitchen in addition to their grill stations.
Incentive eligibility is reviewed regularly based on shift regularity, customer feedback, revenue generation, and incident‑free VIP service. Consistent excellence is required to maintain incentive compensation.
