Lead a team of 3, which includes Performance Marketing specialist, Affiliate Manager and Social Media
Manager
Lead strategy formulation for growth through Performance Marketing, which includes Management of
Performance campaigns over Biddable Platforms and Networks
Lead strategy formulation for growth through Affiliates, which includes putting together deals with Affiliates
and monitoring performance
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecast models and take necessary cost approvals
Be responsible for delivery of sales targets
Track spends with agency and be responsible for timely agency payouts
Be responsible for developing the creative strategy and manage delivery of creatives within budget and
timelines set
