In this role, you will utilize your advanced electrical diagnostic skills in overseeing maintenance activities at the Red Chris Mine. Reporting to the Maintenance Foreperson, your leadership will guide the team toward high productivity and safety standards in maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for crew direction
• Ensure quality control on all outgoing equipment
• Conduct daily inspections and compliance checks
