Join our team as a Lead HVAC Installer, where you will play a vital role in the installation of residential HVAC systems. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality installations while maintaining effective communication with clients, team members, and management.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, roof top package units, and ductless split systems.
+ Perform basic thermostat wiring, programming, and start-up.
+ Conduct copper welding and flare nut skills for HVAC installations.
+ Flush copper lines, vacuum systems, and add refrigerant as needed.
+ Install ductwork, including flexible, sheet metal, and spiral.
+ Handle drain piping, gas piping, and flue vents, including sheet metal double wall and PVC.
