The **Lead Image Chain Systems Engineer** (Detector Integration) is a senior technical leader responsible for advancing Hologic’s x-ray imaging platforms through innovation in detector subsystems and full image chain optimization.

This role drives the exploration, development, improvement, and integration of x-ray detectors and sensor architectures, delivering measurable system-level performance improvements and new acquisition modes across mammography, DXA, and specimen imaging platforms.

You will operate as a hands-on expert and mentor, setting technical direction, executing complex R&D programs, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver robust, compliant solutions aligned with Hologic’s technology roadmap. This role is located in Newark, DE.
