Installation Manager

The Installation Manager is a critical role that will manage, organise and carry out the day-to-day management of our installations.

Responsibilities

• Site visits for installation assessments and obtaining final measurements
• Ongoing training and development of the installers on best practise installation techniques
• Organisation of installation materials
• On-site direction and on-tools for most critical/complex projects
• Liaising with the Production team and Sales team
• Customer-facing liaison and interaction
• Trouble shooting and remedial work where required

Requirements

• Sound building knowledge; trade qualified with a good understanding of building principles; reads and interprets building plans and drawings; solid understanding of weather tightness requirements; can easily manage window installations into various cladding types
