Summary

The IT Infrastructure Lead / Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of day-to-day IT operations across multiple manufacturing sites in Malaysia (Kulai and Kota Tinggi).

This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on maintaining high availability of IT systems supporting both production and office environments. The role requires strong expertise in network, server, storage, and security, combined with strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage with site leadership, production teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

The key objective is to minimize downtime, mitigate risks, and ensure consistent IT service delivery across all sites, while maintaining strong alignment with operational and business priorities algin with corporate IT guidelines.
