GitLab is looking for an innovative leader to shape how our team members learn and grow. As Lead, Learning Architecture AI Enablement, you'll own the strategy and systems behind GitLab's global learning ecosystem. You'll set the learning platform roadmap, design AI-powered learning experiences, and lead our enterprise AI fluency program from strategy through delivery. You’ll combine hands‑on experience with AI agents, intelligent workflows, and AI‑native platform design with strong program management and cross‑functional partnership.
