Rivers Edge is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician with a strong HVAC background to oversee the day-to-day upkeep of our community. This is a hands-on leadership position — you'll be turning wrenches alongside your team while setting the standard for quality, responsiveness, and resident satisfaction.

What You'll Do

+ Lead, schedule, and mentor the on-site maintenance team, including assigning daily work orders and reviewing completed work
