Insight Global is seeking a Lead Maintenance Specialist to join our client onsite in Oviedo, FL.

The Lead Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the companys facilities, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment. This includes performing corrective and preventative maintenance, managing structural repairs, and overseeing carpentry projectsfrom cost estimation to supply requisition. The role also involves maintaining the companys fleet vehicles and handling groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and snow removal. Work orders are completed efficiently, and a company vehicle may be used to transport tools and materials.

This position requires broad knowledge of construction practices, tools, safety protocols, and building codes, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office, CMMS, and Workday. An understanding of risk management, Emergency Action Plans, and NFPA standards is also essential.This rol...
