Lead, Maintenance Systems

Reporting to the Superintendent or Senior Lead Maintenance, the Lead, Maintenance Systems is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities across major mining and processing assets and supporting the full maintenance lifecycle within SAP S4/HANA. This role works collaboratively with maintenance trades, planners, supervisors, and operations to ensure accurate work requests, effective resource coordination, and high-quality maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies.
• Administer and coordinate large volume of maintenance work requests and work orders within S4/HANA.
• Submit Maintenance Requests on behalf of Contractors.
• Screen New Maintenance Requests daily.
• Prioritize requests (Emergency, Minor, Standard) and ensure traceability and control.
