Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the maintenance of District Cooling System (DCS) plants and Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) plants.
  • Carry out routine testings and inspections of plant equipment.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs of plant equipment.
  • Support supervisor in calibrations and control troubleshooting as required.
  • Maintain event log for plants maintenance activities.
  • Assist the supervisor to close Work Order / Service Request in Maintenance System.
  • Support emergencies / special operations as requested by Operations team.
  • Supervise externally sourced maintenance, work together with vendors on any maintenance or troubleshooting activities.
  • Assist the supervisor with routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting at customer’s heat exchanger station.
  • Assist the supervisor in daily, weekly and monthly report submissions for monitoring and financial purposes.
