This role provides advanced technical support for a highly automated, high-speed bottling and injection molding facility. You will lead complex troubleshooting, drive continuous improvement, and serve as a technical mentor for operators, mechanics, and supervisors. The position focuses on maximizing equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and ensuring safe, efficient production through expert knowledge of bottling, packaging, and injection molding systems.
