Now Hiring: Lead Manager (Onsite – BGC)

What you’ll do:

• Handle lead distribution, scheduling, and bookings
• Monitor team performance and hit targets
• Communicate with clients and support the team
• Assist with inbound/outbound calls when needed

What we’re looking for:

• Familiar experience as a Lead Manager or similar role
• Background in dispatching, scheduling, or call center ops
• Comfortable handling calls when needed
• Willing to work onsite in McKinley, BGC
• Have exp in BPO Can do calls Working with boss
