Responsibilities

• Lead the product development team through product and process selection, development, and improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute successful launches of new products and programs.
• Interface with quality engineering to develop and understand key product characteristics.
• Guide the design and development of robust tools, equipment, and processes.
• Support manufacturing system design workshops and document savings or improvements from the workshop.

• Manage equipment and tooling spending timelines through capital forecasts.
