**The Position**

Purpose of the role is to develop and implement Boehringer Ingelheim India's Human Pharma Market Access Strategies & framework. It involves promoting the range of innovative products in both Public/Reimbursed and Out of Pocket market by developing and driving better market access initiatives for the payers/patients. Developing pricing strategies for the Boehringer Ingelheim portfolio which includes new product launch pricing, existing product pricing/pricing schemes as well as maintaining pricing from the external stakeholder/Government/NPPA perspective. Identifying, developing and design suitable market access initiatives on the lines of partnership models across therapies, pricing schemes, Health Economics & Outcomes etc. which can enable maximization of opportunities and drive business growth in the public/out of pocket market in close collaboration with the Government Affairs/Healthcare Affairs/Marketing/Medical Team.
