Overview

We are looking for a Strategic Planner who will report to the Manager, Strategic Planning & Marketing Operations. As the Strategic Planner for the marketing & digital team, your role will be to orchestrate our strategic planning cycles, manage organizational governance, and deliver the reporting frameworks that track our global marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual marketing planning processes and own Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tracking throughout the year.
• Establish and maintain the operating rhythm of the marketing department: owning quarterly and monthly reporting processes, defining decision‑making frameworks, and ensuring alignment with international markets and other functions at BRP on various projects.
