**What you will do**

The Lead Material Coordinator is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading the end-to-end operations of the National Loaner program.

This role serves as the team’s primary process expert and escalation point, driving daily operational rhythm and ensuring consistency across inbound, outbound, and coordination functions.

+ Own and oversee the National Loaner process end-to-end, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards
+ Monitor daily operations across all functional areas, taking corrective action to maintain efficiency and service levels
