ROLE PURPOSE The Lead Rotating Equipment Design Engineer shall act as the focal person for all rotating equipment engineering activities related to the Instrument Air & Plant Air System Upgrade with primary focus on Air Compressors ensuring:
- Full compliance with ADNOC Offshore Engineering Standards
- Protection of FEED & Design Basis integrity
- Safe reliable and energy-efficient operation of compressor systems on live offshore platforms
- Independent Owners Engineer (OE)-level engineering governance
ROTATING EQUIPMENT DISCIPLINE SCOPE (IA/PA PROJECT) The scope includes but is not limited to:
- Instrument Air Compressors
- Plant Air Compressors
- Compressor Drivers (Electric Motors) Interface
- Lubrication Oil Systems
- Aftercoolers & Intercoolers
- Inlet Filters & Silencers
- Control & Protection Systems (Interface with I&C)
- Skid-mounted Compressor Packages
