Summary The incumbent serves as a Lead Medical Reimbursement Technician performing a broad range of duties to achieve the established expected results for medical billings and reimbursable and non-reimbursable collections. ****This is not a virtual position. Must live within a commuting distance of the facility.**** Responsibilities Major duties may include, but are not limited to: Keep apprised of status and progress of work and make day-to-day adjustments. Estimate and report on expected time of completion of work. Instruct employees in specific tasks and job techniques. Provide on-the-job training. Monitor working conditions such as seating, safety, etc. Ability to interpret contract language to ensure compliance of third party payers.
