The Role

As a Lead Client Specialist you ll be the on-floor leader of our front-of-house team setting the tone for service professionalism and member care. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution team support and consistency rather than office-based management. Youll work closely with coaches facilities and operations to ensure members feel welcomed supported and looked after from arrival to departure.
