Title: Lead Network Operations Engineer

Location: Wayne, PA / Charlotte, NC --Hybrid- (3 days a week on site)

Schedule: 6+Months Contract to Perm Hire

Pay rate- $73-78/hr on W2

Job Summary 

This role serves as the Tier 3 operational owner for firewall and secure web gateway environment, with a strong emphasis on Zscaler and Palo Alto support—not architecture or greenfield design.

 

Core Responsibilities

• Act as final escalation point for Palo Alto and Zscaler-related incidents


• Lead troubleshooting during major incident calls (MIMs) involving executive leadership


• Own operational support for:


• Zscaler ZIA, ZDX, ZCX (ZPA in POC phase)


• Palo Alto firewalls


• Resolve issues independently without relying on Engineering teams
