Description
Summary :Plan, direct, and evaluate the overall nursing care and functions. Coordinate the activities of the unit and direct, organize, and assign work to the nurses and pharmacy technicians. Assess, monitor, and educate the nursing staff on patient care. Institute emergency procedures as necessary.
Key Performance Area:
Work in cooperation with all office departments to ensure continuity of patient care and smooth office flow.
Staffing: Prepare schedule for clinics Nurses and Pharmacy Technician. Work in cooperation with Head Nurse to assure coverage for I creased patient schedules or staffs time off. Provide Head Nurse with all nursing/ pharmacy technicians requests for time off (verbal communication of pending requested days off; all staff must complete requests in Ultipro).
