Position Overview

            Responsibilities Leading continuous improvement projects 
Ensuring all operators are maintaining output levels in line with set targets 
Ensuring high standards of housekeeping, quality and Health & safety procedures 
Prepare and submit performance reports 
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
