Lead Operations & Maintenance

Location: Elliot Lake, Ontario, Canada.

Compensation: Starting annual salary range $130,000 - $162,000 CAD. Additional rewards: short-term incentive bonus program, health plan, personal spending account, dental, life insurance, and pension.

Overview

This role will support the Ontario Superintendent in the management of the Canada Legacy Assets sites in Elliot Lake. The successful candidate provides support through coordination across line and functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise mine closure long term care and maintenance team including a staff of 6 environmental, operations and maintenance specialists as well as various contractors at the Legacy Assets sites in Elliot Lake.
