Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Line Lead to oversee daily production activities, support Operators, and ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met. This is a hands-on leadership role in a pharma manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Lead and support a team of production Operators. Assist with machine setup, coating operations, and packaging as needed. Monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns when necessary. Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 quality standards and company procedures. Receive and inspect customer parts and raw materials. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
