Job Description

Ensures the efficient operation, repairs and maintenance of all equipment and utilities within the division of plant operation. Maintains and monitors all fire and safety systems in order to provide a safe environment.

Job Responsibility

+ Monitors building management systems computers for efficient operation of power, heat, water, air conditioning and fire systems. Make adjustments from computers as necessary.
+ Conducts daily rounds in all buildings, grounds and mechanical spaces to ensure proper operation of equipment. Makes repairs and adjustments as necessary. Makes recommendations for major repairs. Ability to cut in emergency generator in case of power failure.
+ Performs all duties of electrician such as patient calls for lighting, call lights, power outage, etc. Makes emergency and operational decisions to ensure maintenance of all services: electrical systems, HVAC, steam and other utilities for ...
