Operate, troubleshoot and authorize and direct the safe and reliable operation of the HTMR process under normal and abnormal conditions on a 24/7 basis.
Operate equipment, machinery and accessories through process control systems.
Monitor, control, and record all activities of the process.
Report on the team’s shift activities and observations, safety meetings and production level.
Maintain the HTMR process as designed/planned whenever possible.
Conduct inspection rounds to ensure that the equipment is working properly.
Prioritize and report deficiencies of all equipment including data collection and communication systems and conduct follow‑up as required.
Assist in establishing all production related goals, objectives, and targets.
