As a **Lead Driver** , you'll do more than provide transportation—you'll be a trusted resource and leader who helps ensure our participants arrive safely, comfortably, and on time to the PACE Center, medical appointments, and other approved destinations. In this role, you'll support daily transportation operations by coordinating schedules and route adjustments, assisting with vehicle readiness and compliance, completing required documentation, and serving as a key point of contact for drivers during assigned shifts.
