About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of our UAE-based client, a reputable organization in the hard commodity sector.
Responsibilities - Represent the Client in a world-class, grass-roots petrochemical and refining project in the UAE from early engineering design through FEED and EPC.
Scope and Documentation - Develop the project scope of work and Basis of Design. Provide detailed process inputs and compile ITB packages for pre-FEED and FEED phases. Evaluate bidding proposals and actively participate in the selection of engineering contractors.
Technology and Licensing - Contribute to the pre-qualification and assessment of technology providers and process licensors.
