Job Summary As a lead engineer responsible for process and mechanical design of “Seawater Treatment Systems” like Ultrafiltration, RO and Sulphate Removal Unit for offshore (Platforms / FPSO), and onshore oil & gas facilities.
Responsibilities - Design of RO, UF, and SRU (Sulphate Removal) packages for onshore, platform and offshore FPSO facilities.
- Develop PFDs, P&IDs, mass/heat balances, and hydraulic calculations.
- Preparation of Process datasheets for Equipment and Instruments.
- Preparation of Process Philosophies like Control, Startup/Shutdown, and Operation /Maintenance philosophies.
- Size membranes, skids, pumps (booster/HP), vessels, and piping for offshore facilities with considering weight/space constraints.
- Select materials for corrosive seawater service and chemical compatibility.
