What You'll Do

• Own design direction across small-to-medium client engagements—from discovery through delivery—on complex products in industries like financial services, energy, and enterprise technology.
• Navigate existing product ecosystems, work within (and improve) design systems at varying levels of maturity, and bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces where the brief, system, or client vision is not yet defined.
• Partner directly with U.S. and Canadian client stakeholders as a senior design voice, communicating design decisions in business terms and facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery activities that shape product direction.
