Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
Lead product pricing strategy and actuarial oversight, shaping product design and delivering data-driven insights that support sustainable growth, profitability, and positive customer outcomesProvide expert actuarial and commercial advice on new and existing products, ensuring pricing decisions balance regulatory requirements, TCF principles, and business objectivesDrive high-quality delivery across the Product Pricing team, maintaining robust controls, governance frameworks, and accurate, timely outputsQualifications required:
Fully qualified member of the Institute and Faculty of ActuariesStrong technical pricing expertise across protection, pension or investment productsExperience required:
Experience leading actuarial work and leading employeesExperience of working in a UK Life Office environment
