Position Overview
Responsible to manage the achievement of his/her own KPI-targets To create and promote a working environment whereby all employees reporting to him/her are encouraged to participate in the improvement of work processes that govern the Activity of Certification. This shall include the maintenance of open communication within the organization as well as the proper training of personnel to supply them with the necessary tools to perform the work. To ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the quality requirements of the Activity, the instructions of his/her line manager and the procedures governing the Activity.
