Your New RoleAs Lead Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in providing high-qualitymercialernance and quantity surveying services across a diverse property portfolio. Reporting to the seniormercial team, you will be responsible for cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, valuations, final accounts, tender preparation and contractor management.
