Overview

A large, highly automated manufacturing organization is seeking a Lead Reliability Engineer to drive equipment reliability, asset performance, and continuous improvement initiatives across a complex industrial operation.

This role will lead reliability-centered maintenance efforts, critical asset analysis, and root cause investigations while partnering closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to improve uptime, reduce losses, and optimize long-term asset performance.

The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing reliability experience, leadership capability, and a hands-on continuous improvement mindset within a heavy industrial or large-scale manufacturing environment.
