Your responsibilities as a Retail Experience Lead will cover store opening and closing, staff supervision, and ensuring customer satisfaction. With a strong foundation in retail sales and compliance, you’ll guide your team to exceed service expectations and efficiently manage store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff during shifts and manage daily store tasks
• Ensure outstanding customer service and store presentation
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for team members
• Address customer complaints and escalate when necessary
• Communicate updates in policies and sales strategies
Requirements:
