Mitre 10 Tauranga is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead a key area of our Tauranga store. This hands-on role focuses on coaching teams, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer service while achieving strong commercial and operational results.

You will manage stock flow, merchandising, rostering, and day-to-day operations, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Previous leadership in a large-format retail environment is essential.
