The Lead Sales Engineer leads complex technical sales engagements across key accounts and is accountable for driving the technical win. The role combines customer discovery, solution design, technical strategy, whiteboarding, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional leadership to align Equinix capabilities to customer business and technology outcomes. This role requires the ability to engage confidently with customer stakeholders on network architecture, application architecture, and physical infrastructure design, and to identify how those environments can be improved for better performance, resilience, scalability, and security.
