As the Lead Engineer within the Customer Relationship Ecosystem, you’ll shape platforms and experiences that underpin customer connections, with a strong focus on Salesforce and its extended ecosystem. You’ll contribute to end‑to‑end design across Salesforce platforms including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360 and Experience Cloud. You’ll integrate Salesforce with .NET services, APIs and core banking platforms, ensuring scalable, secure and high‑performing solutions. You’ll drive engineering excellence, set standards, guide architectural decisions and mentor engineers across squads, working closely with Product Managers, Architects and Delivery Leads.
