Overview

Lead Engineer within the Customer Relationship Ecosystem at Kiwibank, focused on Salesforce and its extended ecosystem. This senior, hands‑on technical leadership role involves end‑to‑end design across Salesforce platforms, integration with .NET services, APIs, and core banking systems, and ensuring scalable, secure, high‑performing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to end‑to‑end design across Salesforce platforms including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360, and Experience Cloud.
• Integrate Salesforce with .NET services, APIs and core banking platforms in a hybrid environment.
• Set engineering standards, guide architectural decisions and mentor engineers across squads.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects and Delivery Leads to shape outcomes while ensuring delivery is robust, well‑governed and aligned to enterprise standards.
