Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead the Financial Accounting and Controlling workstream in a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation. This full-time, onsite position in Gaborone, Botswana, requires deep functional expertise, leadership capability, and a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of FICO modules in SAP S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Work closely with project managers and other functional leads to ensure integration with related modules.
• Conduct workshops, provide training, and support end-user adoption.
• Deliver documentation and ensure compliance with project standards and timelines.

Requirements:
• 10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience, with at least 3 greenfield S/4HANA implementations.
