Position Overview
**GENERAL SUMMARY**
The Lead Outage and On-line Scheduler is responsible for maintaining schedule consistency and developing Schedule tools for the On-line and Outage scheduling at Columbia Generating Station. The purpose of this position is to deliver a timely, coherent, comprehensive and accurate set of schedules to the site for daily, on-line and outage work periods.
**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
+ Direct and coordinate the detailed schedule development for Outage and On-line Schedulers to ensure Technical Specification and Maintenance Rule compliance and properly manage risk in a manner consistent with station procedures, processes, and goals.
+ Develop and implement scheduling methodology and tools based on industry best practice. Subject matter expert/technology lead in all scheduling methodology and tools for the station.
