**Position Description:**

The Lead SDET will be responsible for defining and driving the overall test automation strategy, framework architecture, and AI-assisted quality engineering practices. This role will lead automation modernization initiatives, including migration from Selenium to Playwright and adoption of AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot.
We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years!

This role is located at a client site in either Reston, VA. A hybrid working model is acceptable.
