Lead Installer to run a two-person crew and take ownership of field execution from start to finish.
Responsibilities - Load and transport signage using crane trucks, pickups, and trailers
- Lead installations (channel letters, monuments, panels, etc.)
- Direct a helper and maintain jobsite productivity
- Communicate with customers and contractors on-site
- Report site conditions and issues to management in real time
- Operate lifts and equipment safely and correctly
- Maintain a clean and safe work area/truck
- Report any maintenance needs for trucks
- Complete job photos and required documentation
