Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer (Backend) to lead the architecture, development, and optimization of backend systems supporting the Open Data Portal , API Services , and other platform modules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions while ensuring seamless integration across platform components in accordance with SOW 4.1–4.8 .

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in enterprise application development, microservices architecture, API design, database technologies, and cloud-native development.

This role requires close collaboration with frontend teams, solution architects, DevOps engineers, data engineers, and project stakeholders to deliver robust and maintainable backend solutions.
