PURPOSE:
The Lead Software Engineer - DevSecOps role is responsible for maturing the CI/CD pipeline across the enterprise by working with a small team of thought leading developers to establish best practices, tools, frameworks, metrics and a matrixed community to drive adoption and continuous improvement in the value stream teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide DevSecOps subject matter expertise by participating in and consulting on multiple value streams while maintaining a high-quality level of service, supporting code reviews, architectural reviews, leading value stream mapping, issue resolution and management of team and scope. Able to interact with value stream teams and cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
